📄 DEMOHAULIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 01-01-2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Demohaulic (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By requesting a quote, approving an estimate, or using our services, you agree to the following:

1. SCOPE OF WORK

Demohaulic provides demolition and related services as outlined in the approved estimate.

Only the work specifically listed in the estimate is included

Any additional work requested will require approval and may result in additional charges

We reserve the right to refuse work outside the agreed scope

2. ESTIMATES & PRICING

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of quoting

Hidden conditions (water damage, mold, structural issues, multiple layers, etc.) may result in additional charges

Client will be notified before any additional work is performed

3. PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit may be required prior to scheduling

Remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

Failure to make payment may result in project delays or additional fees

4. SCHEDULING & ACCESS

Client must provide clear and safe access to the jobsite

Delays caused by lack of access, readiness, or other trades may result in rescheduling or additional charges

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control

5. DUST, DEBRIS & JOBSITE CONDITIONS

Demohaulic takes reasonable measures to control dust and contain debris

However, demolition work inherently produces dust, noise, and disruption

Client acknowledges that some dust or disturbance may extend beyond the immediate work area

6. PROPERTY PROTECTION

We take care to protect surrounding areas; however, demolition carries inherent risk

Demohaulic is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions

Client must remove or protect personal items prior to work

7. UTILITIES & SITE PREPARATION

Client is responsible for ensuring utilities (water, gas, electric) are properly shut off where required

If not handled by Demohaulic, failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges

8. PERMITS & COMPLIANCE

Unless explicitly stated, Demohaulic does not obtain permits

Client is responsible for permits, inspections, and compliance with local codes

9. DEBRIS REMOVAL

Disposal services are included only if specified in the estimate

Additional debris, hazardous materials, or overages may result in additional charges

10. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled work may result in a fee

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project timing and preparation

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Demohaulic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided

12. WARRANTIES

Demolition services are provided “as-is”

No warranties are expressed or implied beyond completion of the agreed scope

13. COMMUNICATION

By engaging with Demohaulic, you agree to receive communication including:

Text messages

Emails

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

15. ACCEPTANCE

By approving an estimate, making payment, or allowing work to begin, Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
